Medium Monday #17: Turbulence

This market man, its painful.

Markets like this, turbulent ones, produce real bull runs in my opinion. When retail investors are skeptical, and institutional money is sitting on the edge ready to jump, that is when the real magic happens. the whole market sits on a proverbial powder-keg. All it takes to light that powder-keg is one good project, one good idea.

Good ideas that start the fire have been seen as the incepton of the bull run — in my opinion — many times. In 2017 you had the boom of altcoins like etherium, litecoin, and Ripple. In 2021 you had the heavy weights of BAYC, Olympus DAO, and algorithmic pegged coins. All of these new and novel ideas, some good and some bad, all had one thing in common: boldness to venture into new territory for what it means to be in Web3.
