Who’s ready for SpiritSwap’s funniest meme contest and over $1000 in prizes?

We, the SpiritSwap team, will be hosting our first #SpiritSwapMeme contest for our community! Memes are fun and easy to make, so we call on our whole community to jump in and give this contest a shot!

We want to laugh, so we will be voting on the funniest Spirit meme. And you never know, maybe the artwork will inspire our brand mascot, or shall we say, spirit animal. You may be lucky and earn a piece of the $1000!

Rewards:

1. The grand prize winner will receive a unique Spirit-themed NFTee along with $400 of SPIRIT tokens, and a public announcement on our official SpiritSwap Twitter and Discord.
2. The 2nd place winner will receive $300 of SPIRIT tokens, and a public announcement on our official SpiritSwap Twitter and Discord.
3. The next 3 runner-ups will receive $100 of SPIRIT tokens.

Steps To Enter:

1. Follow the SpiritSwap Twitter account to enter the contest.
2. Create an original meme that references SpiritSwap.
3. Retweet the contest’s Twitter announcement and attach your content to the retweet.
4. Add the #SpiritSwapMeme hashtag to your retweet.

Rules:

• Contest dates are from 02:00 UTC May 25th to 06:59 UTC May 30th.
• Entrants must follow the “steps to enter” above to be eligible.
• No NSFW art will be eligible.
• No GIFs.
• Submissions that do not reference SpiritSwap will not be eligible.
• To be eligible, contestants must create their own original content and may need to provide proof of their original content (e.g. e-mailing us a .psd).
• To receive the rewards, winners must DM us on Twitter and provide their wallet address.
• Multiple submissions per Twitter account are permitted. Check the FAQ for details on how to submit multiple pieces of content.
• Submissions that defame or attack other platforms or protocols will not be eligible. Please don’t do this.
• Points will be awarded on humor, creativity, and quality/effort.

Checklist Before Submission:

In order to be eligible, ask yourself:

1. Did I follow the steps to enter and the rules?
2. Did my submission include the #SpiritSwapMeme hashtag?
3. Did I submit my meme by attaching it to a retweet of the contest’s Twitter announcement?
4. If I submitted multiple memes, did I reply to my retweet and create a thread for my extra submissions?
5. Does it make me laugh?
6. Is it my own creation?

• Where can I get SpiritSwap art and assets to help me make memes? Check our Medium post to help you with your submissions!
• Can I submit multiple submissions? Yes! First, make sure to retweet with your submission. Then, if you’d like to add more, just reply to your original retweet and create a thread. Please don’t retweet multiple times!
• Who and how are we judging submissions? For the eligible submissions, the SpiritSwap team will be awarding points on 3 categories, prioritized in this order: humor, creativity, and quality/effort.
