5. Team allocation: 500,000 $AG (held in multisig for marketing, team allocation, and collabs).

7. DEX fee utilization: 85% to $AG buyback system for auctions, 12% to SilverSwap team, 3% to weekly giveaway. It cannot be over stressed that 85% of all DEX fees are turned into BUYBACKS of $AG.

8. Auctions: SilverSwap has created its own unique system that allows users to become the DEX itself for 12 hours. The first two auction tools at launch will be Snatch and Flare.

9. Auctions work on 12 hours time frames. Bidders will bid $AG to win the auction, with the highest bidder winning the rights to the previous 12 hours price action. The $AG used to win the bid is burned. Bidders must participate in at least one SilverSwap LP.

10. SNATCH: the Snatch auction feature allows users to bid on the rights to 42.5% of the next 12 hours LP specific DEX fees for any of the available pairs on SilverSwap. (Example: pool $X/$Y has earned $12,000 worth of fees in 12 hours - the winner of this auction would earn 42.5% of those fees, equal to $5,100 paid out in $AG)

11. FLARE: the Flare auction feature allows the users to bid on the rights to utilize 42.5% of the next 12 hours global DEX fees to do an automated buyback of any whitelisted token on SilverSwap. (Example: global DEX fees earned are $71,000 in 12 hours -- the winner of this auction would initiate a buyback worth $30,175 on the chosen token.)

12. 3% of all DEX fees over the course of the week will be given away to one winner. Entrance to the giveaway is obtained by burning 1 $AG. Multiple entries may be made. $AG used to enter the giveaway are burned.
